Wendell Don Nicholson was a truly great man who loved his wife, Shelia, unconditionally and was an excellent example of how one should love their spouse. He was an incredible father to his son, Nathan, and daughter, Donna, as well as, to their spouses Vanessa and Roy. Wendell was an amazing grandfather to Austin, Mikaela, Bryce and Cole. He was a loving great-grandfather to Morgan.

 

Wendell was a mentor to so many men and women who came across his path through the years. He was a man of unwavering faith, whose trust in God was evident in everything he did. Wendell's life was a testament to the power of a life lived for Jesus Christ, a beacon of hope and love in a world often lacking both.

 

Wendell was an elder in the Church and an immensly successful businessman. He embraced the values of kindness, humility and devotion. Wendell lived his life according to the words of Micah 6:8, "He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God?" His legacy is not just in the achievements he accomplished, but in the lives he touched.

Nicholson Prostate Cancer Foundation was established with a singular mission: to provide the education and community support necessary to significantly reduce the impact of prostate cancer. It is founded on a legacy of resilience, the legacy of Wendell Don Nicholson. We strive to be a voice of hope and a provider of factual, life-saving information for men and their families across the nation.
